Why this 12-week journey?

I’m a wellbeing and self-leadership coach with over a decade of experience. I created New Year, Real Me to offer a safe, honest space where change doesn’t have to be done alone — and where you’re free to show up fully, without being “too much.”

My own burnout was partly caused by living out of alignment with my values, so I understand the impact this can have. Today, I live a values-based life, and that alignment has transformed my health, relationships, and sense of balance. Courage — to change, to let go, and to stay true to myself — has been central to that journey.

I wholeheartedly believe in thriving instead of surviving, and that meaningful, lasting change is only possible when we take care of ourselves first.

I have worked as a freelancer in and with wellness- and leadership-related companies for over ten years. I’ve helped build programs and support people in becoming more healthy, disciplined, and aligned in their lives.

I have always felt a pull toward creativity and more honest paths — but I often waited for certainty, for approval, or for something better to appear. In that waiting, I changed direction too quickly, not because my instincts were wrong, but because I didn’t stay with them long enough.

I created this journey as a way to stop waiting — for myself, and for others who recognise this pattern. A reminder that the time to choose yourself is not later. It’s now.

The journey is intentionally divided into four 3-week phases. Each phase builds on the previous one and focuses on creating space, not rushing toward outcomes.

 

This program helps you to stop outsourcing your life and start trusting your own inner signals again.
